I’m Louis Foy, a History and International Relations student at the University of Exeter. I’m interested in diplomacy and foreign policy, political economy and security.

Outside the degree I build systematic trading strategies in Python, from data pipelines to backtests to paper trading. The Markets section publishes the ones that survive testing, with their rules, results and weaknesses.
